Services – What’s Included in Your Inspection

I perform home inspections in accordance with the current standards of practice promulgated by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation set forth in Chapter 61-30.801 to 61-30.811 of Florida Administrative Code.

These standards tell you the inspection limitations, exceptions, and exclusions. I highly recommend reviewing the standards before you hire me as your home inspector.
